Shipping policy

We aim to have your order printed in 3-5 business days and shipped out to you from the closest physical warehouse located near you. Shipping times can range from 1-10 days.  Given the nature of the unique specifications some items may take longer to complete than others. Orders originating from the United States will be fulfilled from within the United States whenever possible, but otherwise import fees and tarriffs may apply.  Shipping methods and cost are outlined during checkout and vary significantly depending on the item ordered and where it is being shipped to. Please contact customer support if you have any questions about shipping before placing an order.

We can not provide refunds on shipping costs due to delays or other issues related to global supply chain movement, natural disasters, local labor conflicts, wars, interdimensional time rifts, space-time continuum skips, supernova activity and/or  general solar storms, alien invasions or any other absurd thing that can happen to a package when it is in transit. We would like to be able to control all aspects of reality at a level which would justify taking the blame and absorbing the cost for such unfortunate events, but we are simply music makers and dreamers who sincerely hope you don't encounter issues with your order, and very much want you to enjoy your little piece of wearable art from our neon lit digital reality.
